What should I do if I have decided to engage a tutor from Star Zest?
Congratulations! You have indeed made the right choice. Once you have decided to
engage a tutor from Star Zest Home Tuition, simply call our Tuition consultants at

When do I need to make payment?
You need to pay 50% of the tuition fee to Star Zest Home
Tuition after the tutor has commence the first lesson. After the first lesson, Star Zest
Tuition Agency will send you an invoice.
This is because the agency charges 50%
commission upon the tutor during the first month contract and we collect this payment
directly from our customers instead from the tutors.
FAQ(FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS) FOR TUTORS
Can I choose my own student?
Yes. You should choose your students carefully and decide whether the location and fees is suitable
for you before agreeing to teach a student. Before going for the first lesson, the tutor must also do
his/her own research and making sure he/she knows the latest MOE syllabus well and gets themselves
familiar with the school exam format.
Tuition Venue
Where are lessons held?
By default, lessons will be held at the student’s place of residence. Sometimes though, there will be
occasions whereby parents request that lessons be conducted elsewhere or request to go to the
tutor’s house for tuition. We will inform you accordingly when we receive these requests.
The commission for our services stands at 50% of the first month’s tuition fee. After the first two
weeks of lessons, we would collect our commission from the parent directly. And at the end of
the first month, you will receive your half of the tuition fee.Subsequently, we would inform the
parent to pay you the full sum every month.
