The Singapore Civil Service is a pro-people organization and complaint sensitive too (on the assumption that there are valid complaints of course). Singapore has a reputation to keep, and if you have been dealt with unjustly by a school or a government organization, you can report it to the relevant authorities for further action. |

Although there are many other reasons for studying in Singapore (like the below-mentioned), the above five rate the highest on my list. If I were a foreign student studying in Singapore, I need not worry about getting my wallet burnt as the probability of getting conned is minimized. In addition to this, the Singapore government has laid down a new framework for excellence of schools in Singapore: academic excellence, organisational excellence & student protect/welfare excellence. |

Rated as the country with the best business environment in Asia, Singapore is also the world’s most busy port and a key financial and trading centre. MNCs are naturally drawn to Singapore for its efficient & skilled workforce, and the economic and political stability in Singapore. |

Transport The island of Singapore is well connected by roads and the MRT tracks from one end to another. You can easily travel by train, bus or taxi. All buses, taxis and trains are air-conditioned and the fares are affordable. Bus fares are about US$1 per trip while train fares range between US$1 to US$2. For US$15, you can travel from one end of Singapore to another. |
